Access to Kentro and our other products is governed by a separate agreement between Nobel Technologies and the customer organization, which controls in the event of any conflict with these general Terms. Individual users of a customer's Kentro account act under that customer's authority and are subject to that customer's usage policies.
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. Reports generated by Kentro are automated screening tools intended to support, not replace, independent review by a trained analyst, and are not consumer reports for purposes of the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.
